Hi, I'm Colette.
I launched my career in tech startups, managing an advertising team at a startup acquired by Microsoft. Our KPIs weren't brand recognition - it was revenue and cost per acquisition.
When I started working in Pharma, I was shocked that companies weren't tracking their marketing performance. So I built an agency to change that.
